Which tool do you use?
Start with your work.
Then choose the tool.
We compare what you need: writing, understanding documents, organising information or working in your existing environment. We agree one main tool to practise in beforehand.
We also look at your accounts, licences, privacy settings and internal policies. A capable tool still needs to fit the information you work with.

Four hours of explanations, exercises, your questions and a short break. We agree the level and examples in the intake.
Choose a task and a tool
Explore where time is lost, what AI can and cannot do and which application fits. Choose a task to practise.
Give better instructions
Context, examples and a clear desired result. Try it yourself, compare answers and improve your prompt.
Check what you get
Is the source reliable? Is something missing? Practise spotting errors and agree which information you can share.
Leave with something useful
Save a prompt or workflow for your task. Discuss time saved, quality and initial agreements for AI in your team.
Across eight hours we work through extra cases, build a simple assistant or reusable prompt workflow in your chosen tool and draft an initial action plan. Includes breaks and a lunch break.

Understand what you use.
We discuss AI literacy, your organisation’s role, risks, human oversight and transparency. You receive a programme summary and a record of participation to document the training.
The workshop supports AI literacy. Further measures depend on your uses and responsibilities. A record of participation does not guarantee compliance with the entire AI Act.

Who is responsible? Which AI applications do you use? How do you assess risks and review their use? We show how these questions fit into an AI management system.
In the full day programme we outline roles, an inventory of applications and follow up actions. Full implementation, assessment against all requirements and certification require a separate engagement.

The half day programme, plus more time for your own cases, a reusable assistant or prompt workflow and an initial plan for AI in your team.
Included in both
Intake, preparation around your learning goals, facilitation by Luc, a digital workbook, exercises, example prompts, a record of participation and a short evaluation. For one team of up to ten people, in Dutch or English.
Online or at your location. Prices exclude VAT. Travel costs are agreed beforehand. You provide laptops, required software accounts, the room and any catering. Extra participants, extensive customisation, technical implementation and a compliance audit are outside these packages.

questions.
Is this suitable if we have little AI experience?
Yes. We start at your level. We also discuss different levels of experience in the intake so everyone can practise usefully.
Do we need paid AI accounts?
Not necessarily. We agree which tool and features are needed and what your existing accounts allow. Licences are not included. We use practice data you are allowed to share.
Are materials included?
Yes. You receive the digital workbook, exercises, example prompts and a record of participation so you can continue practising afterwards.
What might the workshop deliver?
We choose a recurring task and compare time and quality before and after practice. Ten participants saving fifteen minutes each per week would free up 2.5 hours together. This is an example, not a guaranteed saving.
Can you help with implementation afterwards?
Yes. For AI policies, assigning responsibilities, an ISO 42001 engagement or automation, we discuss a separate project with a clear scope and price.
