Getting in touch

The contact tool prepares an email for you to send through your own email app. Filling in the contact tool alone does not send your name, email address or message to SBNS. Once you send the email, we use the information received to answer your question and discuss a possible project.

Why do we use your data?

We use your name, contact details, optional organisation and message to answer your question and discuss working together. For proposals or projects, we process data to take steps at your request or perform our agreement. For general business enquiries and security, we rely on our legitimate interests in being accessible and protecting our services. Your message does not automatically subscribe you to newsletters or advertising.

Joining the Talent Pool

The existing Talent Pool page asks for contact details, work preferences, experience and optionally a LinkedIn profile or CV. With your consent, we use this information to discuss potential projects or roles. You can withdraw that consent by emailing info@sbns-solutions.com. This does not affect the lawfulness of earlier processing based on your consent.

How long do we keep data?

We keep enquiries and registrations that do not result in a project for a maximum of twelve months after the last contact. For projects, we retain necessary customer records for performance and applicable legal retention requirements. Technical data is retained no longer than necessary to operate the service, investigate faults and provide security. The nature of a fault or security incident determines which data remains necessary. Backups are for recovery and are not used for other purposes.

Hosting, email and service providers

STRATO hosts this website. We use providers for hosting, technical management and email who process data to deliver their services. Data is intended only for those who need it to handle your request or maintain the service. We do not sell your data. Appropriate safeguards are required if an international provider processes data outside the European Economic Area. You can ask us which providers and safeguards apply to your data.

Technical data and cookies

Visiting a website involves processing technical data such as an IP address, time, requested page and browser information to deliver the page and secure the service. This version of the SBNS website does not place Google Analytics tracking code or use advertising tracking. Functional cookies may be used for WordPress administration and necessary technical functions. Photos and fonts in the new design are served from this website.

Links to other services

WhatsApp and external websites only open when you click their links. Those services have their own privacy terms. Only share information needed to discuss your question in an initial enquiry.

Your rights

You can request access, correction or deletion of your data. Depending on the circumstances, you can object, restrict processing or receive data for transfer. Email requests to info@sbns-solutions.com. We may request information to verify your identity carefully. You can also complain to the Dutch Data Protection Authority at autoriteitpersoonsgegevens.nl.

Decisions and changes
