Do we need to know what to automate?
No. Tell us where you lose time or what keeps recurring. An introductory conversation helps determine whether we can define a project or whether a Quick Scan would help.
Can we keep our existing systems?
We start with the tools you already use. There are often opportunities within Excel, Microsoft 365 or existing software. If something else is needed, we explain why and what it involves.
Is the AI workshop suitable for beginners?
Yes. The introductory workshop is designed for people with little experience. We agree the level, examples and required accounts in advance.
Who does the work?
Luc is your point of contact and oversees the work. When a project needs specific expertise, SBNS can bring in additional specialists.
Can we continue working together afterwards?
Yes. After an initial project we can agree on maintenance, further improvements and periodic support. Scope and costs are agreed separately.
