For example
At a bakery, orders, purchasing and planning may sit in separate files. We start with one clear overview, reduce duplicate entry and show where time, stock or margin is being lost. Then we choose the next improvement together.
What is not included?
We agree the monthly fee, on site or remote support, contract term and notice period before starting. Software licences, travel and additional hours are agreed separately. Larger projects receive a separate proposal.
